1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. Orders ship from our warehouse in Airdrie, Alberta.
- Heavy items cannot be shipped to Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, the Northwest Territories or Nunavut. Please contact us for a freight quote.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1 – 2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Special Order items: Processing may take 5 – 10 additional business days as these products are ordered specifically upon customer request.
- Specialty Products: Processing times vary depending on supplier availability.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5 – 10 business days
- Special Order Items: 15 – 25 business days (includes extended processing time)
- Specialty Products: Delivery timelines vary based on supplier, so please allow additional time.

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping is based on where your order is going. Each region has a flat rate, and some regions ship free once your order reaches the amount shown.

- Heavy items include large pails, 4 L jugs and bulk cases. Each heavy item adds the charge shown for your region, and orders with heavy items do not ship free.
- Freight quote items are oversize or over 50 lb. We deliver these within Airdrie and Calgary. Anywhere else, please contact us and we will quote freight for you.
- All prices are in CAD. Your shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
5. Order Shipments
All orders are shipped as a single, complete shipment once all items are available. If you require your order to be split into multiple shipments, additional shipping charges will apply. Please contact us prior to placing your order to arrange split shipping.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- You can also track your order through your account on our website.
7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Carrier delays
- High order volumes during peak seasons
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Special Order items: Manufacturer lead times
- Specialty Products: Supplier stock availability
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or suppliers.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
